Jennifer is trained in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin Yoga and Reiki. She has been teaching yoga since 2010. She believes yoga has given her a healthy way to approach life, and can't imagine her life without it. She says "if I can help one person achieve an ounce of what yoga has done for me, then I know that I have made the world a better place to live in." Jennifer's teaching style is compassionate, caring and challenging. For her, yoga is partly about moving through the challenging areas in ourselves; physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. She feels that a good yoga teacher inspires others beyond their limitations, with strength and care. Jennifer will travel to you to train you personally, or to your office to train your staff as a group.
